3.0 EQUIPMENT RULES OF SAILING
FD Class rules were brought into line with ISAF ERS
with effect from 1 March 2004.
4.0 PROPOSED CHANGED - PROCEDURES
Submissions to propose changes to the rules should be addressed to the IFDCO General Secretary.
Proposed changes to the Rules are discussed at the AGCM and if approved by IFDCO need to be ratified by ISAF and will then take effect from 1 March the following year unless an emergency ruling is required.
Any National FD Class Association wishing to recommend a rule change should submit the proposal in good time for circulation and discussion at the National Secretaries meeting and gain international support prior to submitting a resolution to IFDCO. |
